BaliWanderer publishes practical information about Bali. It sells no trips, accommodation, transfers or excursions, and does not act as a travel agency. Some links are labelled partner links: a booking made through one of them is concluded with the partner, which may pay the publisher a commission at no extra cost to the reader. The information is given for guidance only: entry rules and official rates should be checked on the official websites before departure.
Intellectual property
The texts, layout, illustrations and ornaments drawn for the site belong to their author. Any substantial reproduction without permission is prohibited; a short quotation with a link to the original page is welcome.
The photos are not the property of the site: they are distributed under their authors’ licenses, detailed on the photo credits page.
Purpose of the site
BaliWanderer helps travelers prepare a stay in Bali: region guides, day-by-day itineraries, routes and transfers, month-by-month weather, where to stay, culture and events, and free tools (budget, when to go, packing list, currency converter, map and itinerary planner).
The site is free and requires no account.
Accuracy of the information
Each page is prepared with care, but weather, prices, timetables and entry rules change. Figures are indicative and dated when useful; durations and prices are ranges, not official rates.
Always check the official sources (Indonesian immigration, Bali province, airline, boat operator, your government’s travel advice) before booking or leaving. The publisher cannot be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of this information.
