Why we picked it

An editorial choice based on facts the place publishes, not on a stay or a meal.

Sayuri Healing Food is a vegan café on Jalan Sukma Kesuma, in Ubud, serving raw and cooked plant-based food. It is also an academy training chefs in raw cuisine and hosting workshops and evening events.

Because Ubud draws many vegan travellers and Sayuri has made this its trade, in the dining room and in its trainings. It is a table for a specific diet, and it says so plainly, with long opening hours.
